Uh. Okay. I don't believe I've met him. Though between you and me and the moon and NYC, I have seen him around. And I'd say Smoker's devotion to justice is more like Hibari's obsession with biting things.

In any case. Smoker surprises me for basically... not being what I'd expect. At all. Maybe ever.

Hm.

I've known many law officials throughout the years. Smoker is unlike... perhaps all of them. He is a little like Zenigata but far less incompetent. And also... things I'd rather not get into right now. But usually I'll think he'll act just like the other officials I've known and instead he does something that basically I would have done. Where I come from... no one did the same kinds of things I did. It's... rare.

Kawasakis are nice.

Lucky him. The best I've ever seen though were fashioned by the family mechanics for special missions. The Varia might have gotten their hands on one.
