That being said, I am missing some of the sense of dramatic flair. So while I'm not quite stupid enough (like him, that moron) to directly warn my victims even before I actually make my getaway, I did leave a message and I'm being stupid enough to brag.

Took your handcuffs for a bit but don't worry you'll get them back. Eventually. Maybe. Also borrowed: some cigars, a box of candy, and as many mangoes as I could fit. I replaced the mangoes with some rum. Enjoy!

The countdown (or count up rather) begins now to see how long it takes Captain Smoker to notice his seastone handcuffs are missing. My guess is he figures someone else took them first, I'm pretty sure no one even spotted me on his ship, but there are some clues. I really am getting to be like that moron. My next stop will involve a lot more caution so I don't end up on the chopping block.
